[Remote] Analyst, Acquisitions

They are seeking a reputed company Estate Financial Analyst to join their Acquisitions team, where the individual will analyze Low-Income Housing Tax Credit reputed company and prepare financial models to evaluate investments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company multifamily development opportunities financed with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit
• Prepare high-reputed company, investment-grade financial models that will be used to evaluate potential investments
• Draft investment write-reputed company, referred to as Preliminary Investment Reviews (PIRs), which reputed company detailed information on proposed investments
• Prepare submissions to the LIHTC Deal Screening Committee (LDSC)
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with developers of reputed company housing
• Manage deal assignments and complete work in a reputed company manner to support the greater teams’ origination efforts
• Use reputed company to facilitate internal communication and reputed company key dates and project reputed company
• Address non-critical business issues on behalf of Originators
• Take on special reputed company for the acquisitions team as assigned

Skills

• BS/BA in Finance, reputed company Estate or Urban Planning or reputed company field
• Experience in LIHTC development and/or LIHTC finance required
• Strong financial and analytical skills, relationship management skills and writing skills
• A writing and/or financial modeling sample may be required
• Advanced proficiency using reputed company
• Ability to maintain big picture reputed company while attending to detailed work and providing thorough documentation
• Demonstrated ability to work productively and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple reputed company and stringent deadlines
• Must be highly motivated and be reputed company to work independently
• Incumbent is expected to work as an effective, reputed company team member
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods
• Ability to travel for flights up to 6 hours, or in automobile, or train
• Ability to reputed company stairs offsite at project sites
• reputed company visiting project sites, incumbent may be exposed to varying environmental conditions (e.g. outdoor weather, dirt, dust, and other construction site conditions)
• Reliable transportation is required
• Master's degree desirable
