[Remote] Senior Performance Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own multi-channel reputed company reputed company and optimize user acquisition efforts, leveraging AI to enhance campaign execution and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the PLG and self-serve performance marketing reputed company across B2B and B2C audiences, reputed company with user acquisition, activation, and reputed company reputed company objectives
• reputed company annual and quarterly roadmaps for reputed company acquisition programs, informed by reputed company goals, audience insights, experimentation learnings, and funnel performance trends
• Identify reputed company opportunities across channels, audiences, messaging, and funnel stages to improve efficiency and reputed company self-serve reputed company contribution
• Evaluate ROI, CAC, LTV, and marginal returns across channels and tactics to inform budget shifts, scaling reputed company, and overall investment reputed company
• Responsible for reputed company channels including (but not limited to) affiliates, reputed company reputed company, display, reputed company, programmatic, app store marketing, reputed company/creator partnerships, and emerging reputed company channel opportunities relevant to both consumer and business audiences

• Own week-over-week, month-over-month, and quarter-over-quarter performance tracking and reporting
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of leading indicators (clicks, signups, trial starts, activation rates, CPA) and lagging indicators (reputed company conversions, subscription volume, ARR, churn reputed company, LTV)
• Translate performance data into insights and reputed company recommendations for optimization, investment shifts, and experimentation
• Build strong feedback loops with Self Serve and reputed company teams to measure and optimize trial-to-reputed company conversion rates and reputed company retention reputed company
• Define and run reputed company experimentation across reputed company channels to drive reputed company performance improvement and unlock new sources of self-serve reputed company

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, reputed company marketing, or user acquisition, with meaningful exposure to PLG and/or self-serve business models
• Hands-on experience across reputed company marketing channels, including affiliates, reputed company reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.), and app/consumer-reputed company channels, as part of an in-house performance or reputed company marketing team
• Strong experience supporting product-led or self-serve go-to-market motions reputed company reputed company or consumer technology (B2C or prosumer experience a strong plus)
