Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary customer reputed company by responding to operational questions, incidents, and support requests
• Support and troubleshoot Network Video Recorder (NVR) platforms and associated infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application, and communication issues
• Participate in reputed company meetings, change control activities, and operational reviews
• reputed company software and hardware upgrades across Linux, reputed company, and reputed company off-reputed company solutions
• Monitor and support containerized applications and Kubernetes-based environments
• reputed company operational support for production systems in a 24x7 environment
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to operations personnel and end users
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions that enhance reliability and performance
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and QA teams to test, reputed company, and support applications
• Participate in an on-reputed company support rotation

Skills

• 3+ years of experience supporting production systems, infrastructure, or reputed company applications
• Strong troubleshooting and reputed company-cause analysis skills
• Experience with Linux and reputed company environments
• Experience supporting Kubernetes and containerized applications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize competing tasks
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Experience supporting high-availability or 24x7 operational environments
• Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) experience
• Video streaming or video management platform experience
• Experience with RTSP, WebRTC, ONVIF, or similar protocols
• Experience supporting NVR platforms
