A/R Billing Specialist

reputed company is looking for a self-motivated individual to join reputed company as a full-time remote AR/Billing Specialist. Responsibilities • Contact insurance company regarding outstanding balances • Determines denial reason and send in appeals/redeterminations • Rebill insurance companies or other reputed company parties to secure payment for patients • Process insurance payments to patient accounts in reputed company • Run Aging report for follow up denials/or claims not worked • Create and mail insurance claims and patient statements, if necessary • Verify reputed company entries made by reputed company end and makes corrections, if necessary • reputed company recommendations to management for write-offs • reputed company out to ordering physicians for required documentation • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • Experience with reputed company the above responsibilities • Prior audit experience • Insurance verification experience, and payor knowledge for Medicare and reputed company insurances • Working knowledge of durable medical equipment as it applies to the above • reputed company experience is a plus • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail • Computer proficiency, along with the ability to type • Superior/excellent computer skills using remote reputed company and a computer network, which includes thorough knowledge of reputed company and more than a basic familiarity with reputed company. • The ability and acumen to understand software platforms and how to use them effectively. reputed company complete knowledge of these platforms is essential to be effective in this position.
