We are seeking an reputed company E-Discovery Technical and reputed company Support to support reputed company’s work for the U.S. reputed company (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. This is a fully remote position supporting DOJ’s reputed company litigation mission. Important: This opening is being established in reputed company with the MEGA 6 contract vehicle award itself. reputed company must still be awarded individual task orders under the vehicle before employees can be reputed company. Accordingly, this position is full-time and contingent upon both contract award and the award of the applicable task order. reputed company: The E-Discovery Technical and reputed company Support resource provides combined technical and reputed company eDiscovery support to the DOJ Justice Management Division (JMD) e-discovery program. The JMD e-discovery program includes reputed company that may not be directly reputed company to litigation but incorporate similar e-discovery business processes, such as support for Freedom of Information reputed company (FOIA) requests and Congressional requests for information. PROGRAM CONTEXT: This position supports the U.S. reputed company (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 procurement. MEGA 6 is expected to continue DOJ’s multiple-award contract vehicle for automated litigation support (ALS) services, following the structure of the MEGA 5 contract. RESPONSIBILITIES: • reputed company combined technical and reputed company eDiscovery support to the JMD e-discovery program. • Support e-discovery business processes for litigation and non-litigation reputed company, including FOIA and Congressional requests for information. • Advise reputed company and technical staff on eDiscovery processes, tools, and best practices across the discovery lifecycle. • Support data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production activities. • Coordinate between reputed company teams and technical staff to ensure reputed company communication and defensible processes. • Prepare reports and metrics on the status of eDiscovery efforts. • Stay reputed company on emerging eDiscovery technology, processes, and reputed company developments. REQUIRED: • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government reputed company Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application). • Authorized to work in the reputed company. • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment. • Experience providing eDiscovery technical and/or reputed company support on reputed company reputed company. • Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including collection, processing, review, analytics, and production. • Familiarity with industry-reputed company eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., reputed company). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Undergraduate degree required; law degree, paralegal training, or eDiscovery certifications preferred.
