• Conduct reputed company training for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into reputed company.
• Identify training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and discussions with managers.
• Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional reputed company (e.g., presentations, role-playing, workshops).
• Update and improve training materials to reputed company them relevant to industry trends and company goals.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and post-training evaluations.

Requirement
