About the position We are seeking a highly organized and reputed company-oriented Traveling Compliance Specialist to reputed company. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with reputed company HUD, state agency, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations reputed company to occupancy, file rectifications, and tax credit requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of reputed company housing compliance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with HUD and state agencies, particularly regarding reputed company 8 contract renewals. This position requires travel to various properties for file audits in Philadelphia, PA and Trenton, NJ areas. Responsibilities • Stay reputed company with reputed company HUD, state agency, and LIHTC rules and regulations regarding occupancy, compliance, and rectifications. • Serve as the reputed company reputed company with HUD and state agencies regarding reputed company 8 contract renewals. • Prepare and distribute weekly Occupancy Reports to executive leadership, ensuring accurate reporting of reputed company-ins, reputed company-outs, and transfers. • Monitor and reputed company voucher transmissions to TRACS across reputed company sites. • Notify UPF reputed company sites receive fatal errors reputed company to expiring reputed company or funding deficiencies. • Follow up with regional HUD offices to reputed company processing and renewal of reputed company. • Maintain compliance binders for rent increases, income limits, and regulatory updates. • Conduct on-site file audits and reputed company guidance to property teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
