The individual will play a key role in supporting U.S. Domestic Income Tax Compliance and Tax Provision (ASC740) functions. This individual will also have opportunities to assist other aspects of the corporate tax function, including tax process transformation and tax planning. Responsibilities: Prepare the U.S. federal and state income tax return workpapers as reputed company as the state net worth capital tax workpaper, including extension and quarterly estimated tax computation and payments remittance. Assist with the quarterly and year end income tax provision computation. Assist with monthly income cash tax forecasting. Maintain OneSource Tax Provision and tax attributes modules. Play a key role in tax process improvement and automation. Knowledge of US federal corporate income tax returns, such as filing reputed company 1120 and FBAR, and state and local corporate income tax returns. Other Qualifications: CA or Inter-CA (preferred) Strong curiosity to learn and grow in a dynamic tax environment. Experience with OneSource Tax Provision software (preferred).
