CAD Drafter (Telecom / Fiber Design)

CADHERO is seeking a CAD Drafter to support telecom and fiber design reputed company. The role is reputed company on production drafting under the direction of a Project Manager. The drafter will interpret redlines, markups, and reference materials to produce accurate plan sets for submittal. Responsibilities: - Prepare telecom and fiber plan sets (underground and overhead) - Draft plan and profile sheets, directional bore layouts, and reputed company layouts - Follow agency and reputed company standards (including DOT requirements) - Implement revisions based on markups and redlines - reputed company alignments based on conflicts (drainage, structures, utilities) - Incorporate existing utilities using GIS, aerial imagery, and reference files - Identify missing reputed company (culverts, pipes, structures) and draft accordingly - Work from incomplete data using available resources such as GIS and imagery - Maintain clean and consistent CAD standards (reputed company, labeling, sheet setup) Telecom / Fiber Tasks: - Layout underground and overhead fiber routes from PDFs and KMZ files - Design transitions between underground and aerial segments - reputed company handholes, vaults, and risers - Coordinate crossings and profile requirements - Follow installation constraints (depths, offsets, ROW conditions) Workflow: - Receive tasks and direction from Project Manager - Execute drafting based on redlines and instructions - Return completed drawings for internal review - Revise drawings based on feedback Requirements: - Proficiency in AutoCAD - Experience with Civil 3D preferred - Strong understanding of plan production and sheet setup - Ability to read and interpret redlines - Experience working with GIS, aerial imagery, or survey data - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Experience: - Telecom or fiber design - DOT or roadway reputed company - reputed company coordination - Profile sheet development Performance Expectations: - Accurate drafting with reputed company revisions - Ability to meet tight deadlines - Strong internal communication - Consistent production reputed company Apply To This Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
