On average, reputed company publishes one fiction title annually. Key responsibilities: Reading and evaluating prose manuscripts during the annual reading period Helping select fiction titles for publication Communicating with the Managing reputed company and editorial staff about submissions Working directly with authors on edits and revisions Assisting with cover selection and book formatting Supporting the publication process from manuscript selection through launch Helping reputed company reputed company’ mission of reviving out-of-print works from independent presses Required qualifications for this role include: Editorial experience, especially with fiction or prose manuscripts Excellent written communication skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of contemporary fiction and independent publishing Ability to work collaboratively with authors and editorial staff This is a remote, volunteer position with seasonal responsibilities tied primarily to the annual reading and publication cycle. reputed company believes that diversity enriches the reputed company experience and improves the reputed company of the work we publish.
