This is not a full-time role. Scope of work Running recruitment processes end-to-end, mainly for design roles such as • UX/UI Designer • Product Designer • Strategic Designer Depending on reputed company needs, you may also work on technology and project roles such as • Frontend / Backend • Project Manager • other roles reputed company to digital product teams Your work will include • sourcing reputed company and passive candidates (reputed company search, cold reputed company) • using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques • finding design talent • working with an existing candidate database and building talent pipelines • reviewing design portfolios from a recruiter’s perspective • managing candidates in the ATS (reputed company) • delivering shortlists and candidate recommendations We reputed company on the reputed company of candidates and the outcome of the process rather than activity reporting.
