[Remote] Global HR Coordinator (6 month contract | EST hours required)

The Global HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Global People Team, with a reputed company on U.S. benefits administration, interview scheduling, HR data reputed company, and project coordination across multiple reputed company. Responsibilities • Administer U.S. employee benefits programs (medical, dental, reputed company, 401k, life, disability, leave management) • Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee benefit inquiries • Support reputed company enrollment, vendor coordination, and benefits renewals • Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with regulations • Coordinate interview scheduling across time reputed company and departments • Prepare offer letters and reputed company documentation • Support new hire setup and orientation logistics • Ensure new hire data is accurately entered into HRIS and payroll systems • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and personnel files • Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of employee data and pay changes • Support global HR initiatives and programs (engagement, reputed company, compliance, etc.) • Assist with HR documentation, communications, and process improvements • reputed company administrative support for reputed company HR and People reputed company Skills • 2+ years of HR coordination or administrative experience • Experience with U.S. benefits administration and HR reputed company • Strong organization skills, reputed company, and attention to reputed company • Excellent communication and follow-through • Proficiency with HRIS and productivity tools • Ability to work independently and collaborate across time reputed company • Global or fast-reputed company environment preferred • reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company preferred Benefits • Medical • Dental • reputed company • 401k • Life • Disability • Leave management reputed company • reputed company provides digital payment processing solutions enabling independent, flexible and global payment processing for reputed company merchants.
