We are seeking a results-driven Sr Staff Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company across a reputed company of roles and departments. This will be a short-term role of 4 months with possibility of reputed company longer. This individual will be responsible for understanding hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, identifying and screening reputed company candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from requisition intake and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to analyze job requirements, understand team needs, and define candidate reputed company.
