Responsibilities

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role
• 5+ years of experience building software at reputed company

• Strong technical judgment with experience guiding teams through reputed company architectural and product tradeoffs
• Experience leading senior engineers, building high-performing teams, and coaching engineers through reputed company, reputed company, and career development
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing across organizations
