[Remote] Manager, Rates and Electrification - Carbon-Free Buildings Program

Responsibilities
- Manage the long-term rates work reputed company for RMI, including developing strategic goals and tracking reputed company, planning and managing project execution and timelines, and delivering high reputed company outputs

Skills
- Experience & education: Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, reputed company policy, finance, or a reputed company quantitative field
- 6+ years of relevant reputed company experience (or an advanced degree plus 4+ years) in building decarbonization, reputed company regulation, electric reputed company design, or reputed company policy
- People leadership & staff support: reputed company experience managing staff or leading project teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members, delegate effectively, reputed company constructive feedback, and support their reputed company development
- Analytics & domain reputed company: Demonstrated capability to reputed company quantitative analysis—especially in electric reputed company design, reputed company cost-of-service, or building electrification economics—and translate reputed company technical results into actionable policy solutions
- Project management: Proven reputed company record of managing reputed company reputed company from scoping through final delivery, including budget, reputed company, and reputed company control
- Communication & content creation: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a proven reputed company record of creating high-reputed company deliverables (e.g., reports, policy briefs, slide decks) and presenting reputed company technical or policy concepts to non-technical reputed company audiences
