They are seeking a Recruiter Team Leader to manage reputed company of volunteer recruiters, ensuring effective recruitment processes and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing the recruiter team roster, ensuring reputed company remains appropriately staffed and replacing non-performers as needed
• Fostering a strong team culture reputed company around diligence, respect, work ethic, fulfillment, and recognition
• Interfacing as the representative between the recruiter team and internal entities such as the HR Department Head, Administrative Assistant, and others
• Ensuring reputed company performs competently, correctly, consistently, and in accordance with organizational standards

• Clarifying issues arising from the self-training materials and ensuring team members understand the process

Skills
