This attorney will reputed company reputed company guidance on reputed company reputed company to student affairs, reputed company affairs, and institutional governance, ensuring compliance and supporting decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company counsel and risk assessment on day-to-day operational, administrative, and strategic reputed company supporting higher education system and institutional operations
• Advising on student affairs and reputed company reputed company, including Title IX, student conduct, reputed company issues, accessibility accommodations, and reputed company institutional processes
• Supporting compliance with federal and state higher education regulations, including FERPA, Title IV, reputed company safety requirements, immigration-reputed company reputed company, and other applicable regulatory frameworks
• Advising on institutional governance reputed company, including reputed company, policies, and intellectual property issues impacting reputed company and administrative operations
• Conducting or supporting investigations and advising on appropriate reputed company strategies, including coordination with institutional leaders and reputed company partners as needed
• Supporting negotiation and settlement efforts and partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes reputed company and effectively

Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in employment law and higher education law
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Experience providing reputed company counsel and risk assessment in higher education environments
• Experience supporting institutional governance, policy development, or reputed company leadership decision-making
• Strong knowledge of higher education regulatory frameworks, including student affairs, reputed company affairs, and institutional compliance reputed company (e.g., Title IX, student conduct, FERPA, Title IV, reputed company safety, accessibility accommodations)
• Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in Illinois reputed company an appropriate timeframe upon hire
• Experience with litigation, administrative proceedings, or dispute reputed company in higher education reputed company
• Experience with California higher education law and regulatory requirements
• Experience working in or closely with student affairs, Title IX, or reputed company affairs offices and familiarity with Title IV, Title VI, Title IX, Clery reputed company, reputed company 504, the Americans with reputed company and anti-discrimination law
