[Remote] Dental Sales Representative

They are seeking a Dental Sales Representative to serve customers by selling dental products and meeting their needs, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reputed company reports and weekly work plans
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Carry out formal presentations to reputed company or potential customers reputed company video meetings and attending trade shows
• Supports team reputed company by collaborating across departments and connecting customers with the appropriate team members reputed company on their needs
• Process credit memos or returns according to company terms and conditions

Skills
