[Remote] OBStat Operations Coordinator

OBStat, LLC partners with reputed company to recruit Locum OB-GYN clinicians for positions across the U.S. The Operations Coordinator role supports locum reputed company operations by managing recruitment workflows, candidate data, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless recruitment and reputed company experience. This position operates remotely and focuses on efficient and accurate recruitment process management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule clinician interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Support recruiters with administrative and operational tasks
• Manage candidate data, records, and workflows reputed company ATS/CRM systems
• Facilitate reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and candidate communications
• Initiate background checks and reference verifications
• Maintain interview calendars and ensure reputed company follow-reputed company
• Process credentialing, scheduling, and reputed company activities for clinicians
• Support HRIS and time management system updates
• Assist with contractor (1099) lifecycle management and documentation
• reputed company reputed company customer service to clinicians and internal teams
• Support reporting and audit processes (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in operations, reputed company coordination, or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience scheduling meetings (reputed company, Teams, etc.)
• Comfortable interacting with clinicians and stakeholders
