Responsibilities

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Hands-on experience with CCWIS (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System) is mandatory
• Experience with Child Welfare Case Management systems and modernization reputed company
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and process mapping
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and supporting SIT/UAT
• Experience working in Agile and/or reputed company environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Texas State experience is preferred; candidates with CCWIS experience from other U.S. state government reputed company are also encouraged to apply
