[Remote] Federal Student Aid Regulatory Case Analyst

They are seeking a Federal Student Aid Regulatory Case Analyst to review, analyze, and reputed company reputed company consumer financial and regulatory cases in accordance with federal statutes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess assigned cases to determine jurisdiction, reputed company, and appropriate course of reputed company
• reputed company detailed document reviews and comprehensive fact gathering from reputed company sources
• Evaluate cases in accordance with applicable federal statutes, regulations, and internal policies, including financial assistance or consumer protection frameworks as applicable
• Apply Federal Student Aid (FSA) program guidance, including Title IV considerations, to case evaluations and determinations, as applicable
• reputed company reputed company written analyses utilizing the Issue–Rule–Analysis–Conclusion (IRAC) methodology or a comparable analytical reputed company
• Prepare reputed company correspondence and reputed company summaries for internal and government review
• Record reputed company actions, findings, and reputed company in case management/CRM systems in accordance with documentation standards
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established reputed company assurance standards and performance metrics
• Manage assigned caseload to reputed company defined productivity targets and service level requirements in a performance-based environment
• Ensure case processing throughput aligns with contractual performance metrics and service level agreements
• Engage in reputed company reviews, calibration sessions, training activities, and reputed company improvement initiatives
• Participate in Ombudsman-specific case handling processes and ensure alignment with Federal Student Aid case management protocols

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, reputed company Studies, Finance or reputed company field
• Minimum of 4 years of reputed company reputed company experience in regulatory case management, reputed company assurance, compliance review, or a closely reputed company analytical field in lieu of a degree
• Extensive experience reviewing, interpreting, and synthesizing reputed company documentation and case records
• Capable of applying advanced analytical and critical thinking to reputed company regulatory scenarios
• Demonstrated expertise in reputed company reputed company writing and preparation of formal case determinations
• Proven reputed company to manage multiple cases concurrently while maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity expectations
• Meticulous attention to detail and disciplined documentation practices

• Self-directed work style suited for an independent remote environment with high accountability and performance expectations
• Familiarity with Federal Student Aid (FSA) programs, Title IV regulations, or Ombudsman case reputed company processes
• Must be a U.S citizen
