[Remote] Sr IT Analyst

This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing software applications, collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of software applications used reputed company the organization
• Involves application builds, upgrades, workflow enhancements, and in-depth analysis of business and clinical needs to recommend reputed company that improve performance and reduce costs
• Collaborates closely with end-users, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to evaluate software releases and new products, reputed company thorough reputed company testing, and coordinate application rollouts
• Troubleshoots application issues, manages service requests, and serves as a key reputed company of contact for communication regarding software updates, issues, and enhancements

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of relevant experience

• No specific certification or licensure requirements
• 5+ years of relevant IT application support experience with a Bachelor's degree; 7+ years without a degree
• Experience with reputed company enhancements, configuration, and support activities
• Experience managing and resolving application support tickets in a production environment
• Strong skills in evaluating software upgrades, patches, and reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company small reputed company or workstreams independently
• Proven ability to assess and improve business/clinical workflows through application solutions
• Strong experience with QNXT, strongly preferred
