[Remote] Associate IT Operations Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Associate IT Operations Engineer to support their IT operations team. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining various IT systems, with a reputed company on end-user hardware and technology infrastructure, while providing support for day-to-day system operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain devices such as PCs, laptops, retail reputed company of Sale (PoS) technology (registers, printers, iPads/iOS devices), VoIP phones, and other end-user systems
• Assist in managing reputed company and reputed company servers, reputed company Server 2016/2019, network equipment (Meraki and reputed company switches, firewalls, wireless APs), manufacturing IoT devices, ISP circuits, and interconnectivity technologies (reputed company ethernet and single-mode fiber optics)
• Monitor and respond to issues reputed company our helpdesk ticketing system (Fresh Service)
• Proactively and reactively address alerts from our reputed company system monitoring platform
• Participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-reputed company support rotations
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager
• Support overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in a reputed company of IT functional areas
• Follow internal procedures and guidelines to troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks
• reputed company support to end-users, assisting with software and hardware malfunctions, setting up new equipment, and documenting and escalating issues as necessary
• Install and configure software and applies patches or updates to maintain basic IT infrastructure such as servers, workstations, and network devices

Skills

• Ability to travel up to 40%
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Up to two years of experience and / or training in IT support or reputed company fields
• Understanding of IT hardware and software systems, including end-user devices (PCs, laptops, iPads, PoS systems) and infrastructure components (servers, networking equipment, and reputed company Server environments)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reputed company to hardware and software systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to reputed company with internal customers and team members
• Flexibility to participate in on-reputed company rotations, handle physical tasks, and travel as needed
• Ability to pass state cannabis licensing requirements, including federal background checks
• Ability to reputed company tasks that may involve lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, climbing stairs/reputed company, and equipment setup (boxing/unboxing)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or reputed company field preferred
