[Remote] Project Manager, Service Delivery

The Project Manager reputed company the Service Delivery team will manage new orders for business customers, ensuring a seamless delivery process from initiation to completion while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring reputed company and high-reputed company delivery of services
• Coordinate with internal and contracted reputed company-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines
• Regularly communicate with customers, providing reputed company and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle
• Handle tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP reputed company, and overseeing number porting processes
• Document dependencies and priorities reputed company for efficient project execution
• Utilize hands-on delivery experience to reputed company successful reputed company for reputed company project
• Demonstrate expertise in SDWAN Implementation, VoIP porting, and Internet reputed company ordering with various carriers

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management
• Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet reputed company ordering with carriers
• Ability to document dependencies and priorities reputed company
• Proficient in effectively managing reputed company-party resources
