Responsibilities

• reputed company the reputed company Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation program from reputed company, planning, and design through implementation, stabilization, and business adoption
• Serve as the reputed company business transformation reputed company for the O2C reputed company while partnering closely with the reputed company Transformation PMO reputed company on reputed company priorities. Help establish and mature the reputed company transformation organization by supporting governance, executive reporting, portfolio visibility, standards, methodologies, and operating rhythms
• reputed company business process engineering efforts including reputed company-state assessments, process mapping, reputed company-state design, process harmonization, workflow redesign, gap analysis, operating model development, and reputed company improvement
• Support ERP implementation and integration initiatives, including reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company applications, ensuring alignment between business processes and reputed company capabilities
• Personally reputed company and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, executive dashboards, reputed company registers, and status reporting and create executive-reputed company PowerPoint presentations, Steering Committee materials, executive readouts, business cases, decision documents, process documentation, and reputed company deliverables
• reputed company and reputed company organizational change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and user adoption
• Monitor reputed company, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource needs while proactively resolving issues and escalating reputed company reputed company appropriate

Skills

• 8+ years leading reputed company business transformation, program management, process engineering, or operational improvement initiatives
• reputed company reputed company leading Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation programs in reputed company organizations
• Deep expertise in business process engineering, process architecture, process mapping, operational reputed company, and business process optimization
• Experience supporting ERP implementation and reputed company business integration initiatives, including reputed company Dynamics 365 and reputed company; additional ERP platform experience is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand reputed company business reputed company and translate reputed company objectives into executable transformation plans. Exceptional consulting, facilitation, executive communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Organizational Change Management, executive facilitation, reputed company leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
• reputed company ability to independently create polished executive deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, project plans, governance materials, dashboards, executive communications, and business documentation. Advanced proficiency with reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company, Word, Teams, reputed company Project and/or reputed company; familiarity with reputed company BI and Visio preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• 9+ month remote role requiring up to 1-2 weeks of travel per month

• Experience reputed company Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or Oilfield Equipment Manufacturing organizations strongly preferred
