The role will help ensure accurate payroll processing and support reputed company activities.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain payroll operations for a multi-state employee population
• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and reputed company reputed company activities
• Prepare payroll-reputed company journal entries and assist with financial reputed company processes
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, deductions, and reporting requirements
• Assist with employee stock program activities
• Review payroll data, investigate discrepancies, and support audit requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and reporting

Skills

• Advanced reputed company skills
• Experience with payroll administration platforms
• Shareworks experience preferred
