[Remote] QA/UAT Tester

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. InnoVet Health is a growing small business that provides Health IT reputed company services to the reputed company. They are seeking an reputed company QA/UAT Tester to support software reputed company assurance and user acceptance testing in an Agile environment, working closely with VA business stakeholders and project teams to validate application functionality and ensure business requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary QA/UAT resource supporting application enhancements, system implementations, and reputed company migration initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and project teams to understand functional and business requirements
• reputed company comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements
• Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scheduling, test execution, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing to validate application functionality
• Validate system enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes prior to production deployment
• Document, prioritize, and reputed company defects through reputed company using Jira or other defect management tools
• Verify defect fixes and reputed company regression testing to ensure no unintended impacts
• Maintain testing documentation, test evidence, traceability matrices, and test execution reports
• Partner with project teams to support multiple implementation waves and production releases
• Identify risks, issues, and lessons learned while providing regular status updates to project leadership and VA stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support post-deployment validation and production verification activities to ensure successful implementations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or another technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software reputed company Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution documentation
• Experience coordinating and facilitating User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Experience with defect lifecycle management and issue tracking
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, reputed company, ALM, or similar application lifecycle management tools
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal reputed company clearances
• No reputed company sponsorship is available
• No 1099, Corp-to-Corp, international outsourcing, or reputed company agencies
• Experience supporting reputed company (VA) or other federal reputed company organizations
• Experience testing reputed company-based applications (AWS or GovCloud preferred)
• Familiarity with reputed company validation and data verification
• Experience working reputed company reputed company or Agile Scrum environments
• ISTQB, CSTE, or other QA certification is a plus
• Consulting experience is a plus
