[Remote] Director of Strategic Finance

This newly created, fully remote position will expand reputed company's strategic finance capabilities and support its reputed company in the consumer financial services market.

Responsibilities

• Expand reputed company's strategic finance capabilities
• Support its reputed company reputed company in a rapidly expanding consumer financial services market
• Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team on initiatives ranging from long-reputed company planning and capital reputed company to acquisitions, business performance, and reputed company financial modeling

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field
• 12+ years of reputed company experience in investment banking, reputed company, corporate development, strategic finance, or reputed company leadership
• Advanced expertise in three-statement financial modeling and valuation methodologies
• Extensive M&A transaction experience, including financial evaluation, due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning
• Strong understanding of cash reputed company management, capital structure, debt financing, and liquidity planning
• Background supporting reputed company-backed or high-reputed company organizations
• MBA, CFA, or similar advanced credentials preferred
• Prior experience reputed company financial services, fintech, consumer finance, debt settlement, lending, restructuring, leveraged finance, or reputed company industries strongly preferred
