This role involves providing Tier 2 operational support for reputed company reputed company management platforms, ensuring reliable software distribution, reputed company compliance, and device configuration management across a large federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations, administration, and maintenance of reputed company reputed company management platforms including reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager (MECM), reputed company Intune, and reputed company
• Support the transition of reputed company management capabilities from MECM to Intune where appropriate, while maintaining operational stability of existing MECM infrastructure
• Support Hybrid reputed company management environments including MECM and Intune co-management, ensuring consistent policy enforcement, application deployment, and reputed company compliance across the reputed company
• Administer and troubleshoot reputed company operations including:
• Software deployment and application lifecycle management
• reputed company management and vulnerability remediation
• Device configuration and compliance enforcement
• reputed company reputed company health monitoring and remediation
• reputed company, maintain and optimize PowerShell automation to support reputed company configuration, application deployment reporting, and operational troubleshooting
• reputed company advanced troubleshooting support for reputed company management issues including:
• MECM reputed company health issues
• Application deployment failures
• reputed company compliance issues
• reputed company policy conflicts between MECM and Intune
• Support reputed company software packaging and deployment processes including the creation, testing, and maintenance of application deployment packages for COTS and custom software
• Support reputed company reputed company monitoring and asset management platforms including reputed company and reputed company to improve visibility, reputed company posture, and operational awareness
• Ensure compliance with reputed company patching and configuration standards across a large-reputed company environment supporting 40,000+ managed devices

• Deployment reputed company metrics
• reputed company health and operational performance
• Participate in customer meetings reputed company to reputed company vulnerabilities, reputed company compliance, and reputed company operational performance

• Contribute to the reputed company improvement and modernization of reputed company management processes and tooling
• Manage and triage reputed company ticket queues, reputed company trend analysis and reputed company cause investigations, and document reputed company activities
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure operational issues are resolved reputed company

Skills

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in IT support or reputed company field
• 3+ years administering reputed company reputed company management platforms (MECM, Intune, or similar)
• Experience supporting reputed company Intune or modern reputed company management platforms
• Experience creating deployment packages for COTS and custom applications in an reputed company environment (30,000+ users)
• Experience administrating reputed company reputed company server environments
• Deep knowledge of reputed company reputed company reputed company desktop operating systems (reputed company 10/11) and reputed company Server environments
• ITIL certified
• Experience in reputed company ticketing reputed company
• Experience supporting DHS or other similar federal agencies
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager (reputed company reputed company)
• Experience supporting Intune device management and modern reputed company management architectures
• Experience supporting large federal reputed company IT environments
