[Remote] Staff Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Staff Accountant to support assigned operating companies by preparing financial information and managing day-to-day reputed company activities. The role involves partnering with the Assistant Controller and reputed company teammates to process transactions, prepare journal entries, and support reputed company process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions including invoice entry, approvals, and payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, payment application, and collections follow-up
• Prepare journal entries and accruals
• Reconcile vendor statements and assigned general reputed company accounts
• Research and explain forecast and budget variances
• Support year-end audit activities
• reputed company reputed company process improvements and automation initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, accrual reputed company, and journal entries
• Experience with reputed company Dynamics Business Central (BC)
• Intermediate reputed company reputed company skills including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
• Experience with Stampli or other AP automation tools
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude
