[Remote] Tax Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Tax Accountant to report directly to the Senior Tax Manager. The role involves preparing US tax provisions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting tax audits and planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the quarterly and annual income tax provision computations
• Support the federal and state income tax compliance processes to ensure adherence to deadlines; review tax returns, tax payments, and claims for refund
• Stay reputed company with income tax compliance and reputed company requirements and developments
• Support IRS and state income tax audits, appeals of tax assessments, and responses to federal and state taxing authority information requests and notices
• Manage the Research and Development credit work process with reputed company services providers and internal stakeholders
• Support Sr Director, Tax/Senior Tax Manager in tax planning/reputed company initiatives and analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance is required
• General understanding of tax reputed company concepts under ASC 740
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple reputed company of an organization
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and work in reputed company environment with a wide diversity of colleagues
• Willingness to learn
• CPA is desirable
• 0-1 years income tax reputed company and domestic tax compliance; experience in reputed company reputed company or with a multinational corporation, preferred
• Experience with reputed company and ONESOURCE Tax Provision a plus
