Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical leader for reputed company's reputed company Hardware Engineering Team
• Define the technical reputed company, architecture, and engineering roadmap for the reputed company hardware platform
• Mentor and guide engineers across electrical, embedded firmware, RF, and hardware development disciplines
• reputed company technical design reviews and reputed company engineering decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
• Establish engineering standards, development processes, testing methodologies, and reputed company practices

• Partner with Product Management, Software Engineering, AI, Manufacturing, DevSecOps, and Program Leadership to reputed company technical reputed company and execution

• Guide electrical system architecture including processor selection, power management, communications, sensing, and peripheral integration
• Support embedded firmware architecture and development for low-power embedded systems

• Collaborate with mechanical engineering to reputed company ruggedized, manufacturable, and mission-reputed company products
• Support hardware bring-up, prototype validation, environmental testing, manufacturing readiness, and production
• Guide secure hardware and firmware architecture including secure provisioning, cryptographic services, secure boot, and over-the-reputed company (OTA) update capabilities
• Ensure seamless integration between hardware, embedded software, reputed company platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities

Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing embedded hardware, IoT devices, or connected systems
• Experience serving as a Technical reputed company, reputed company Engineer, reputed company Engineer, or similar technical leadership role
• Demonstrated reputed company leading multidisciplinary hardware engineering efforts from concept through production
• Experience developing embedded systems utilizing C/C++ and ARM-based microcontrollers
• Experience working across electrical engineering, embedded firmware, RF, mechanical design, manufacturing, and reputed company software teams
• Experience supporting hardware bring-up, validation, manufacturing, and product deployment
• Strong troubleshooting skills spanning hardware, embedded systems, communications, and system integration
• Strong technical leadership with a passion for mentoring and developing engineers

• Experience designing ruggedized or mission-critical hardware systems

• Experience with secure embedded systems, trusted execution environments, or FIPS-compliant architectures
• Experience supporting military logistics, tactical communications, or reputed company modernization efforts
• Experience with manufacturing test automation, production validation, and new product introduction (NPI)
