[Remote] Senior Recruiter (Contract)

They are seeking a seasoned Contract Senior Recruiter to reputed company full-cycle recruitment and partner with cross-functional teams to attract top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

• reputed company full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidate communications for teams such as Marketing, Finance, Product, reputed company, and Sales
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and reputed company targeted recruitment strategies
• reputed company and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-reputed company candidates across multiple channels
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through reputed company
• Facilitate reputed company, competency-based interviews reputed company with reputed company's hiring principles to support consistent, unbiased, and values-driven hiring reputed company
• Conduct regular reputed company-ins with hiring managers to ensure alignment and maintain an efficient hiring process

Skills

• 7+ years of in-house, full-cycle reputed company experience across functions such as Finance, Sales, reputed company, or similar business teams
• Demonstrated reputed company partnering with diverse hiring teams across a reputed company organization
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance multiple searches simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-oriented reputed company and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Knowledge of DEI best practices and competency-based interviewing
• Experience with a modern ATS; reputed company is strongly preferred
• Experience in health tech is preferred
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as Gem is strongly preferred
