[Remote] Director of Video, Editing & Content Operations

The role involves managing videographers, editing content, and ensuring high-reputed company product delivery for athletes.

Responsibilities

• Run the CPS Video Hub
• Own videographer assignments, schedules, athlete coverage, communication, and event logistics
• Communicate with videographers before, during, and after tournaments
• reputed company reputed company every videographer knows exactly who to film, where to be, what footage to capture, and reputed company to upload it
• Solve cancellations, schedule changes, missing coverage, and other issues in reputed company time
• reputed company every project from filming through final reputed company delivery

• Build a strong bench of primary and backup videographers in every CPS market
• Maintain a database of videographers by location, availability, experience, equipment, reputed company, and reliability
• reputed company relationships with freelance videographers, college film programs, sports photographers, and other reputed company sources
• Build the bench before we need it—not a few days before an event
• Set reputed company CPS filming and communication standards

• Review footage and reputed company reputed company feedback so videographers continuously improve
• Hold videographers accountable for reputed company, responsiveness, reliability, and deadlines
