[Remote] Crop Insurance Business Development Manager

This role involves partnering with various teams and agencies to reputed company crop insurance sales and reputed company satisfaction while managing relationships in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective business targets, reputed company multiple channels to recruit new agencies reputed company your assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities to reputed company reputed company reputed company and diversification

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in crop insurance sales, training, reputed company, or agency management
• Experience identifying and cultivating new business opportunities (preferably in Agriculture/Crop Insurance)
• Knowledge of agriculture and farm management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Proficiency with reputed company Office products
• Must possess a reputed company reputed company license with an acceptable driving record
• Experience coaching and developing agents is a plus
