[Remote] Traveling Project Manager – Mission Critical

They are seeking an reputed company Project Manager to reputed company large-reputed company, technically reputed company data center reputed company across the reputed company, overseeing reputed company aspects of project delivery including budget, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage mission‑critical construction reputed company valued between $25M and $100M from preconstruction through completion
• Maintain responsibility for overall project performance, including schedule, budget, safety, and reputed company
• reputed company key project meetings, including OAC, reputed company meetings, and monthly project reviews
• Participate in project budgeting and reputed company monthly cost and margin forecasts
• Monitor project costs, identify variances, and proactively address financial risks
• Manage reputed company and subcontractor pay applications and administer change management processes
• Communicate reputed company and consistently with owners, subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and field leadership
• Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to ensure compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams and organizational reputed company

• Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers to support their development
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to reputed company field and project management priorities

Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• At least 3+ years managing hyperscale and/or colocation data center reputed company
• Proven reputed company record delivering reputed company reputed company between $25M and $100M
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered
• Strong understanding of construction phases, MEP systems, project reputed company, and mission‑critical requirements
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to reputed company teams, manage multiple priorities, and reputed company effective reputed company in fast‑paced environments
• Must be willing and reputed company to travel regularly to project sites across the reputed company
