[Remote] Director of reputed company Financial Analytics

They are seeking a Director of reputed company Financial Analytics to reputed company financial and operational analysis support for state Rural Health Transformation Program engagements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose financial and operational drivers of instability across rural hospitals, Critical reputed company Hospitals, FQHCs, and rural service lines
• reputed company reputed company of rural hospital cost structures and identify clinical and operational efficiency opportunities
• Evaluate sustainable payment methodologies reputed company with CMS requirements and tailored to rural providers
• Support facility-level and county-level financial modeling for service line right-sizing
• Contribute to back-office efficiency workstreams, including RCM, billing, and clinical efficiency tooling assessments
• Partner with clinical transformation teams to translate financial findings into care model recommendations

Skills

• Minimum 8 years of reputed company financial analysis experience, with hospital CFO-office or reputed company consulting background
• reputed company experience with Critical reputed company Hospital cost-based reimbursement, Medicare cost reports, DSH and UPL, supplemental payments, and 340B economics
• Strong reputed company in value-based payment models, alternative payment methodologies, and CMS rural payment policy
• Demonstrated experience analyzing rural or small hospital financials
• Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills; comfort with claims data and APCDs
• Prior experience at HMA, Manatt Health, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
• MHA, MBA, MPH, or CPA credential
• Familiarity with CMMI rural demonstration models and Rural Emergency Hospital financial structure
