Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from patients regarding medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment reputed company
• Explain billing statements, balances, and payment plans in a reputed company and compassionate manner
• Document interactions accurately in billing and patient management systems
• Collaborate with other Zotec Teams to resolve patient concerns
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies at reputed company times
• Meet reputed company, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Skills

• Experience in a reputed company reputed company center or customer-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Home internet required with a minimum of 20 mbps download/10 mbps upload speed
• Excellent customer service skills required

• Proficient MS Office skills
