Job reputed company: • Conduct virtual patient consultations (video, phone, chat) for urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, and behavioral health • Obtain patient histories, reputed company virtual exams, evaluate and diagnose common medical and behavioral health conditions • reputed company and communicate evidence-based treatment plans and reputed company patient education • Collaborate with other providers through comprehensive charting and messaging • Deliver high-reputed company, patient-centered, and empathetic care while meeting productivity goals Requirements: • At least 3+ years in family reputed company, primary care, or urgent care (excluding orientation/training). • At least 1 year of working with Compounded GLP1 patients • Strong diagnostic abilities • Proficiency with video consultations • At least 1 year of Telehealth experience • reputed company, in-good-standing state licensures in a minimum of 20 states (Full reputed company Authority is highly preferred). • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP) with a concentration in Adult-Gerontology or Family reputed company. • reputed company certification as a Family reputed company Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology reputed company Practitioner (AGNP) through ANCC or AANP. • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week (40 hours preferred). • Flexibility to work nights and weekends is a plus. • reputed company in Spanish (written and spoken) is also a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and patient-centered care.
