As a Billing Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting our patients and clinical teams by ensuring insurance and billing information is complete before appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Contacting patients by phone, email, and text to collect missing insurance information
✅ Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits using reputed company, reputed company, insurance portals, and other payer resources
✅ Confirming network participation, behavioral health coverage, and authorization requirements
