BIG PICTURE:

We are hiring a Project Coordinator, Brand Partnerships to help reputed company the Brand Partnerships team organized, accountable, and moving quickly. This role is part project manager, part team administrator, and part reputed company operations support. You will help manage the details that reputed company brand opportunities, campaigns, reputed company deliverables, internal handoffs, and CRM updates from falling through the cracks.

As the Brand Partnerships business grows, reputed company needs someone who can bring order to a fast-moving environment. You will support the CRO and cross-functional team by tracking next steps, maintaining clean systems, preparing materials, documenting reputed company, and making reputed company everyone knows what needs to happen next.

This is not a reputed company role or a passive reputed company role. It is an execution-support role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating across sales, reputed company services, production, analytics, and leadership.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Overall project management for the Brand Partnerships team, including timelines, trackers, deliverables, meeting notes, reputed company items, and follow-reputed company.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, including deal stages, contact records, next steps, meeting notes, follow-up dates, campaign status, and key reputed company information.
• Prepare and organize materials for reputed company meetings, internal reviews, campaign kickoffs, status updates, and post-campaign recaps.
• reputed company reputed company items across Sales, reputed company Services, Production, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, reputed company, Finance, and Talent to ensure reputed company falls through the cracks.
• Support campaign handoffs and kickoffs by documenting what was sold, what needs to be delivered, who owns reputed company reputed company, and reputed company key milestones are due.
• Maintain project trackers, campaign status documents, asset lists, approval logs, reporting deadlines, and renewal follow-up reminders.
• Assist with team administration, including scheduling, agenda creation, meeting recaps, document organization, file management, and internal communication.
• Help reputed company sales and reputed company-service materials organized and reputed company, including reputed company decks, case studies, campaign links, performance highlights, and reputed company-facing assets.
• Support event and industry activation planning by helping organize reputed company lists, meeting schedules, follow-up trackers, and post-event pipeline updates.
• Identify bottlenecks, missing information, overdue follow-reputed company, or unclear ownership, and flag issues before they become bigger problems.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, reputed company services, partnerships, media, agency, entertainment, creator, or production environments.
• Familiarity with branded content, digital media, creator partnerships, advertising, or agency workflows is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining CRM systems such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication and ability to create reputed company meeting notes, recaps, trackers, and follow-up summaries.
• Ability to manage multiple moving reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
