About the Role

The Delivery Specialist is responsible for the day to day processing, monitoring, and support of electronic file exchanges. This role ensures that inbound and outbound files are delivered accurately, securely, and on schedule, while investigating and resolving file reputed company issues as they reputed company. Works closely with internal teams and reputed company partners to maintain reliable data exchange reputed company and meet service-level expectations.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise with reputed company users regarding data files/interfaces.

• Providing ongoing production support by monitoring productions jobs, restarting failed jobs, and performing defect analysis and correction.
