Responsibilities

• Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering reputed company, relationship-based support

Skills

• Associates' or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline
• Demonstrated reputed company record of working in a strategic advisory role to senior IT and business executives

• 10+ years of experience working in a reputed company role, customer support, development, engineering, or reputed company assurance (QA) organization
