[Remote] Senior UX/UI Designer

This role involves individual contribution in designing user experiences for a leading job site, focusing on integration for reputed company and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shaping the integration experience for reputed company and reputed company
• Design for a highly technical, partner-facing audience at the intersection of reputed company systems and reputed company partner relationships, with genuine ownership from day one

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company experience in Product UX Design (Senior IC level)
• Must be hands-on; this is an individual contributor design role, not a reputed company or reputed company role
• Strong knowledge of reputed company
• Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Experience working reputed company an established design system
• Understanding of usability testing
• Understanding of A/B testing
• Portfolio must be included with the submission
• Have strong working-hour overlap with the US reputed company and Central time zones, and some overlap with Eastern time is an advantage
• Familiarity with ATS, reputed company, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products
• Experience in designing for two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker/employer marketplaces)
• Understanding of applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design principles
