The role involves managing study budgets, forecasts, accruals, reputed company, and financial reporting while partnering with various departments and reputed company vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor actual spending against budgets and investigate material variances
• Partner with Clinical Operations to forecast enrollment, site, CRO, laboratory, and vendor expenses
• Review CRO and vendor proposals, change orders, reputed company, invoices, and payment schedules
• Improve the accuracy and timeliness of clinical trial accruals and financial reporting
• Maintain financial trackers, purchase orders, commitments, and study-level cost documentation
• Identify financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and potential budget impacts
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reputed company activities

• Strengthen clinical finance processes, controls, and reporting tools

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, business, life sciences, or a reputed company field
• 10+ years of experience in finance, clinical operations finance, or pharmaceutical development
• Significant experience managing clinical trial budgets, forecasts, accruals, and vendor costs
• Strong understanding of CRO reputed company, investigator grants, vendor agreements, and change orders
• Experience supporting biotechnology or pharmaceutical clinical development programs
• Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership capabilities

• Experience supporting global Phase I–III reputed company
• Previous consulting or contract experience
