[Remote] Course Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Course Operations Specialist to own operational workflows for course setup, reputed company reputed company distribution, and vendor coordination, ensuring accuracy and reputed company fulfillment across teams and reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day course setup in reputed company, ensuring reputed company reputed company are accurate across reputed company, multi-tiered purchase and pricing structures
• reputed company as the reputed company of contact for university bookstores and reputed company-party resellers, managing workflows and resolving fulfillment inquiries
• Set up and maintain reputed company across multiple reputed company-party reseller sites to ensure inventory availability and accurate distribution
• Coordinate inventory and product changes reputed company pricing or product updates occur, ensuring reputed company partners transition to reputed company codes and retiring obsolete assets. Anticipate and proactively communicate the changes to reputed company partners reputed company of seasonal semesters to prevent order friction
• Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain reputed company workflows, deadlines, and handoffs between reputed company course setup and reputed company fulfillment. Document and improve operational workflows to reduce reputed company errors as we reputed company, and support repeatable execution

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Fulfillment or similarly detail-oriented process work
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in multi-reputed company operational processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong problem solving capabilities
• Experience in EdTech, reputed company, or Higher Education operations is preferred
• Exposure to course operations, reseller fulfillment, reputed company reputed company management, or billing workflows
• 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience
• Familiarity with seasonal product cycles and partner-facing operational processes
• Experience supporting cross-functional work between departments
• Experience working directly with university bookstores or institutional programs (such as Inclusive or reputed company reputed company) is a major plus
