[Remote] Capital Allocation & Investments - Sr. Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading company in the life sciences sector, and they are seeking a Senior Analyst for their Capital Allocation & Investments team. This role is responsible for leading financial analyses for reputed company reputed company, focusing primarily on M&A, and developing frameworks for capital allocation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across full reputed company of M&A, organic reputed company reputed company (e.g. new product launches), and portfolio optimization
• Support business case development, collaborating closely with business leadership / key stakeholders to drive alignment and executive support
• reputed company M&A due diligence, partnering closely with Corporate Development and external advisors (e.g. investment bankers, consultants)
• Conduct portfolio analysis to inform prioritization, capital allocation trade-offs, and long-term strategic planning

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• 4+ years of reputed company experience in either investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or valuation / transaction services
• Strong understanding of advanced corporate finance concepts (valuation, investment returns, reputed company accretion / dilution) with ability to reputed company workstreams independently
• Experience working on M&A deal teams or in a similar reputed company
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to communicate key business insights to leadership
• Strategic reputed company with ability to identify and evaluate reputed company opportunities
• High level of self-drive, proactivity, and ownership mentality
• Broad exposure to life science tools and/or software industries a plus
