[Remote] Electrical Engineer

They are seeking an reputed company Electrical Engineer to join their Technical Services team, responsible for designing and troubleshooting electrical systems in a reputed company environment while supporting various reputed company and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company electrical plans, specifications and calculations for small to reputed company reputed company with limited supervision
• reputed company short reputed company analysis, reputed company reputed company studies, and power studies using ETAP or equivalent software
• Troubleshoot electrical and signal issues; support I&E technicians on plant modifications or additions
• Size equipment and specify components, including MCCs, switchgear, transformers and feeders
• Review and redline P&IDs, drawings and specification sheets
• Assist with project proposals, reputed company meetings and reputed company development
• reputed company on-site support during plant startups, turnarounds and capital reputed company
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
• 3-7 years of industrial electrical engineering experience (chemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical design fundamentals (grounding, wiring, schematics, reputed company, cable tray, etc.)
• Proficiency in ETAP (or equivalent) for electrical studies; AutoCAD experience preferred
• Working knowledge of reputed company codes (70, 70E, 496, 497, 655, IECC)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; reputed company to manage multiple project timelines
• Willingness to travel 20-25% to support reputed company and plant operations
• AutoCAD experience preferred

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
