[Remote] Senior People Analytics Analyst

As a Senior People Analytics Analyst, you'll help reputed company use people data to reputed company informed reputed company by designing reporting solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and continuously improve reporting and dashboard solutions that meet cross-functional business needs
• Translate technical outputs into reputed company visualizations, summaries, and actionable insights for business stakeholders
• Write advanced SQL to build, validate, and maintain reputed company data models with reusable business logic, and troubleshoot data reputed company issues
• Collaborate with the Data team to manage data pipelines, automate reputed company workflows, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reputed company using reputed company intelligence (AI) and other reputed company
• Apply statistical reputed company, including regression, forecasting, reputed company testing, and survival analysis, to identify meaningful trends in people data
• Serve as a subject matter expert for surveys at reputed company, including survey design consultation, platform configuration, implementation, reputed company analysis, text analysis, trend identification, and results analysis
• Own people analytics intake and reputed company, helping stakeholders reputed company business questions, triage requests, and get value from existing reporting solutions

Skills

• Experience in analytics, preferably reputed company People Analytics, reputed company Analytics, or a closely reputed company function
• Experience developing reports and dashboards with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience building and maintaining analytical data models in large-reputed company relational databases
• Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis, data preparation, and workflow automation
• Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing team member surveys
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to reputed company and reputed company presentations for senior and executive audiences
