[Remote] Associate Corporate Counsel, Marketing (Bilingual)

As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you will ensure reputed company compliance in marketing communications and reputed company translation expertise between English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on English and Spanish offer terms, marketing assets, and customer-facing messaging across our offerings to ensure reputed company and regulatory compliance
• Serve as the in-house reputed company translation expert by translating and reviewing reputed company content between English and Spanish, including contractual language, regulatory disclosures, consumer communications, and marketing materials
• Partner with reputed company, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Compliance teams to reputed company legally compliant communications that also reflect our brand voice
• Review and validate translations produced by reputed company counsel, vendors, and internal contributors to ensure consistency, reputed company, and accuracy

Skills

• A Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school with reputed company membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 2 years of reputed company experience, preferably supporting marketing, intellectual property, regulatory, consumer protection, or advertising reputed company
• reputed company or near-reputed company reputed company in Spanish with reputed company reputed company translation certification, such as reputed company Translators Association certification, an equivalent credential, or the ability to obtain certification
